Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Iroquois Merchant Services, a portfolio company of Iroquois Capital Group, is a provider of credit card-based payment processing solutions and services. Iroquois was formed primarily to focus on service providers, large multi-location retail, and e-Commerce merchants. Iroquois works with each of its merchants to implement a payment processing solution that creates efficiencies in the payment acceptance, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Fair and Transparent Pricing
Through multiple pricing models, difficult to read statements, and hidden fees merchants are often unclear on what they are actually paying to accept credit and debit card payments. Consistent with Iroquois’ focus on relationships and on-going customer service, we work with our partners to clearly define the correct pricing structure for their business.
Committed Customer Service
Beginning with our consultative approach through our on-going dedicated customer service, Iroquois Merchant Services is focused on building and maintaining trusted relationships with our clients. Every Iroquois client has ‘one-point of contact’ to handle and service each and every need.
Superior Technology and Resources
Technology, government regulations and general consumer behavior are all factors in the ever changing payments industry. It is important for merchants and service providers to align with a trusted partner who can provide cutting edge resources and the most up-to-date security protection protocols. Iroquois has the resources and expertise to help businesses navigate and find the best possible solutions.
Payment Solutions For All
Technology is always changing. Your business needs a payment processing solution that is simple, efficient and modern.
